After going back on to Medium and visiting the Rising Cairn and reading a few different literacy narratives I notice many of them where struggling students or about bad experiences that dealt with reading and writing. When I choose the narratives I picked based of title and if it was something I could relate to or if the title just caught my attention with a funny or unusually title. I choose the narratives based of that because I felt that I could connect the most to them and easier understand where they were coming form. What the told me about reading and writing is that it is an art and there is not just one way to do anything that involves reading and writing there are infinite ways to get it done. It also reassured my thoughts that everyone learns things differently and that good teacher always find ways to teach and help students understand what they are learning.
